Fancy hotel with classical and nautical influences. Great staff and amenities, though the complementary breakfast was lacking. Not all rooms come with a view. Room 201's window showed a grey wall. On my stay it was a particularly windy night and the shape of the window caused the wind to make a loud whistling effect that kept me up. All lights in the room are dimmable, which is a pleasant surprise.

Staff very pleasant and professional. Bed and room space adequate. Have refrigerators. Restaurant excellent food. Continental breakfast to 1030 included. Very convenient. Will come back.

Great hotel, staff was extremely nice and offered great hospitality. Hotel room was so cut and very clean. Loved the bathroom and the set up of the room. The area was pretty good, there is some activity/noise throughout the night but I'm use to the it (city girl) so that did not bother me. Overall I had a great time staying at this hotel (reminds me of a ship lol) will definitely recommend this place

I love this hotel. I didn't give it 5 starts because it's haunted. I know that's not the fault of the hotel and it actually adds some character. But sometimes I'm stressed at work and I'd rather not have a ghost creeping me out. Otherwise, the hotel staff is super friendly and on top of it (they always remember me when I come around), it's clean, toiletries are great, it's quiet (you aren't sandwiched between 8 popular nightclubs on every floor), and there is great room service. You just need to get past the haunted boat thing. Which is endearing and slightly creepy.

Fantastic. A little pricey but nice clean, well appointed room. Great discount on Icon parking across the street (w/validation). Pillows were a little mushy for my taste but I'm sure if I had called the front desk they would have had alternatives. Overall, I would go back to this hotel in heart beat.
