        • What a fantastic place! It is expensive, but it is run by a charity and the upkeep must be enormous. I was taking my 7 year old for the first time. She had a wonderful time. There is lots to look at, interactive displays for children. The history of the place is felt everywhere. The yeoman warders are amusing and provide amusing, factual tours (no extra cost). The only queue was for the Crown jewels, but these are well worth the wait. We had a wonderful day out and will definitely be returning.
        • Excellent day out for all the family. A little bit pricey but a full days entertainment. It has something for everybody. Its steeped in history. All the staff are really knowledgeable and really helpful. It can get a little crowded and be prepared for a wait if you want to see the crown jewels. There is so much to see you need all day there.
        • One of the few attractions I visited whilst in London and so glad I did. We didn't join one of the guided tours, only because it was very busy, but have been assured they are well worth it. As it is, there were reenactment of scenes going on throughout my time there. We queued to see the Crown Jewels which whilst it took a while, we felt was definitely worth it. I don't think we fully explored the grounds but loved our time finding out about the history of the tower.
        • Worth getting there early as the crowds of tourists soon build up. We had no problem going in at 9.45am on a Saturday, but coming out at 12, the crowds inside and the queue to come in had really built up. Tip: if you get there early, head straight for the Crown Jewels and get a clear crowd free look at them. They are stunning. Lots to see, lots of steps! If you have Royal Palaces membership as we do, then it would be worth just coming in for a couple of hours rather than trying to cram everything in.
        • A brilliant day out! Such beautiful historic surroundings...with a gruesome past. Very helpful and friendly staff. Yummy afternoon tea in the cafe, a little on the pricey side.
