        • Very difficult to locate washrooms. Looked for it like hours. I wish there were good public signs to help aide. The halls are good nice shops within the Airport. Security is good. The customer service is great and what I loved most is there waiting area. It is one of the best I have ever been to. Nice Airport service.
        • So easy to use. Beautiful and historic. Close to the city and the approach for landings provides more spectacular views than any other airport I have ever flown into. So, if you are given the option, always choose the window seat flying in and out of Reagan. Day and night it is beautiful. (Just not so much on foggy days).
        • Ways to improve Terminal A: Counters for your belongings/purse when checking out at self-serve. (It is difficult to scan things, hold them, open your wallet, etc...) Hire an acoustical engineering firm to work on noise cancellation. Get better intercoms. Adding more areas to eat prepurchased food, so it is more hygienic.
        • This airport is quite possibly the easiest airport to move in and out of anywhere in the world. The metro stops right at DCA and getting a checked bag and carry on on and off the train is very easy. Check in can be done in minutes and most of the gates are very easy to access. The design of the terminal is very aesthetically pleasing, and the views out the windows are fantastic. The restrooms have been clean and tidy every time I have needed to use them, and I really love the fact that there is a water bottle filler just outside restrooms. Regrettably, it is only a domestic airport, which means overseas travel requires an extra leg, or driving out to Dulles. There is terminal parking if you are dropping off or picking someone up. It is garage parking that costs $6/hr.
        • I love this airport. It’s very easy to get into and out of, especially for being right next to DC. Since I live in Arlington, it’s easy for me to just get a taxi over. But, the metro stops right there, which I’ve used a few times when I was in DC. I hate airports in general, but this is one of my favorite airports in the world.
        • Awesome airport.. very easy to navigate around. Just don't get intimated by the map. Everything is very nicely marked.. so dropping people off for flights.. car rental and return is very easy to get to. Excellent food selection. Changing ports for phones etc all over. Very friendly yet very professional employees.
        • This airport I would say is one of the nicer airports around the area! The interior is really nice, especially if you look up. The airport is not too big, so it is not that hard to navigate and find your way. The food options are not necessarily the best, but you're here to fly not to have a great meal. Anyways, the security line went fast and everything went smoothly, so landing or taking off here is not a bad experience at all!
        • Fairly clean and smoothly run. TSA are very thorough here. They went way further than I have experienced at other airports. So do be prepared for that. They are into everything in great depth. Even though I went through the full body scanner I was still manually checked by a security officer pretty much from head to toe and chemically checked too, with nothing out of the ordinary. To the credit of the officer involved it was all done very professionally and they were just doing what they were trained to do. The airport itself is small, so do expect limited choice of stores and amenities, both before and after security.
        • Clean and smooth airport. American Airlines customer service rocks here. They were able to accommodate me on the next flight. This airport is very nice and navigable. However, the only bad thing is the pick up/drop off area. It needs work because the traffic can be backed up at times. The airport architecture is very nice, I was taking pictures of it!
        • Unlike other airports in the area, Reagan is generally low stress. The security lines are typically short and I think the lighting is soothing. The restaurant choices are quite good with a mix of fast-ish food and better restaurants. And who could complain about having two different Duncan Donuts in one terminal. The breakfast sandwiches at 5 Guys are especially delicious and filling since they include TWO eggs in every one.
