DO NOT stay at this location. They charge hidden fees for early check in and if you are unwilling to pay that fee they refuse to check you in. These fees are not stated on the website and the staff cannot show you in writing where it states that these fees are applicable. The Manager was also no help, I had to call corporate to complain and ended up not staying at this establishment. Pay the extra to stay somewhere like Sheraton or some other property, you will be thankful you did. Management here are scam artists and their franchise practices should be investigated

We stayed in room 135 and it had bed bugs and my son contracted scabies and he is only 3yr old we come to Dallas for medical reasons! front desk are very rude and lie DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION!

When we first got there they gave us a room that was being used even though we had registered beforehand. When they finally got us a new room, the keys didn't work so we had to go and get that fixed. The room was pretty clean however and nicely done. Air was very stale and dry though because AC was left off. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest but doable. They give you the proper accommodations in the room, towels, soap, etc. For the price it's not bad you get what you pay for.

This red roof was one of the nicest I've visited in the cou try. The room was extremely clean and the showers had power behind them unlike other hotels. Also, the pool area had colored lights that danced to music great for everyone.

They have the worst policy for credit card authorizations and access to receipts post-stay. Not a business friendly hotel.
