  Old facilities. #Fridge is not cold at all; #TV is old; #water for shower still cold even though already adjust to the warmest; #moldy at some corners in the room; #Centralized Aircond which is hard to adjust the temperature; #Dirty, has stains of Milo/coffee spilt by previous customers #Smells of smoke/ciggerates comes into room from somewhere!! Only good things about this hotel is, good location which is easy to look for food.

  The positive about hotel: 1. Nice room, clean and neat. The aircond was nice. 2. Hot water also working fine, the bathroom was good. 3. Breakfast is good. A normal malay and western breakfast. 4. The choice of coffee provided was excellent. Nescafe brand not some unknown brand of coffee. 5. Parking space always available. U dont have to worry. 6. There ia 7-E nearby, coffee shop, food truck. 7. U can just walk to Pasar Khadijah. It is very near. About 15 minutes walk. 8. The Wifi is very strong in the lobby. The things that Need to be Improve: 1. Quality of channel in TV. Almost all channel are not clear. U provide 15 channel but only 3-4 channel is clear to view. 2. I stay at room 212, the Wi-Fi connection was poor. Already report to the front desk and she said it is only due to rain. The same thing happened for another 5 days, poor wifi. 3. The housekeeping does not clean the refrigerator. I dont use it until on the 4th day when I opened it i saw leftover of KFC. I dont know how long it stay there. Overall rating for the hotel, I give 3/5. The hotel is nice but since I am stay due to business officials, I really need a Wifi. That is major turndown for me to stay in room 212.

  Very convenient location off Jalan Kebun Sultan (Chinatown of Kota Bharu). Prices are reasonable.
