The hotel was perfectly situated for our needs - night life and shopping. The hotel was clean, the room was large and had lots of facilities available. However the hotel restaurant is over priced and the evening menu food was horrible. I am no chef but I have cooked better food myself. Also the waiters couldn't understand English so repeatedly got my order wrong to the point I had to return two meals and ask for the bill and leave without a main course. The breakfast was lovely if a little on the small side. Would stat in the hotel again but would never eat in the restaurant.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my stay this year but I stayed in this hotel before and had a very pleasant experience. Rooms are lovely and clean, beds very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful and it all comes at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

We visited the newly opened Italian restaurant, the service was first class and the food was very fresh and tasted amazing. Really pleased to have an Italian restaurant with Italian chefs and very friendly staff who know the menu. Highly recommend a visit also the whole meal was excellent value.

We stayed at this hotel in October 2016. The staff were absolutely fabulous, friendly and so very helpful. The room we had was amazing. Would certainly stay there again.

Even though it is a hotel and I wasn't a guest, they let me in to watch a football game, charge my phone and the Red Bull and the coke are cheaper than at other pubs. Nice, cosy bar and lobby with several big plasma screens. And the lady behind the bar was really friendly and helpful!
