I was really looking forward to the phone I'd bought... But after two weeks (8 business days) the hold on my credit card for the payment was released. So I'm GUESSING they're not able to sell me the phone. But no notice... no response email... And after reading other reviews, I'm lucky to have my money back.

Normally, I give a company every benefit of the doubt unless or until that company proves me wrong. This one did. Voicemail recording is a young lady talking unintelligibly 100mph. Customer service… what's that? Called to actually talk with someone about the SAME product problem. No response. On top of that, there is no "inspector" number or name to correspond to the product being shipped out. That means there is ZERO accountability when a product needs to be returned… and returned on your dime, not theirs! My product has the same problem the first one I returned did and now I have to pay for shipping again. Might as well buy local. These clowns are a scam company. Don't waste your time or money. I hope they get their act together by treating their customer right or go out of business.

Please do not fall for any of this companies bs. All the stuff you could possibly purchase up here is stuff that is used and does not work. They are very unprofessional and rude. Horrible costumer service. I purchased and iPhone and the phone was scuffed the charger did not come with it and the headphones they sent me literally had wax on them! Disgusting! I was very disappointed the iPhone was not only scuffed but, wouldn't ever link with my carrier. They claim their product are new but, that is clearly false when the box was not in the clear wrapping. Now they refuse to refund me and claim the product worked the whole the time. Still trying to resolve my money situation. When trying to contact them. They were very rude and would constantly talk over me when trying to explain my problem. Please do yourself favor and stay away from this company. They have an F with the BBB. They are a total scam. All the legitimate reviews are horrible. 1 star is to much for this low class company. The experience was very low.

Poor customer service, unfortunately I trusted the website and didnt check the reviews. Now I am in trouble as, the order is 5 days delay and on hold, I tried calling them but it goes to a voice mail.. Its not expected in the online shopping world to have such a poor service. I hope i will be able to cancel my order of Iphone 6S.
